Petites Estones White is a monovarietal white wine, 100% White Grenache from the Batea area.
TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Clean and bright. Fruity bouquets with many apple, pear and white flowers perception. Fennel and anise dabs. Clean entry, it stands out for its good acidity that turns its entire aromatic profile into freshness. A long and mineral aftertaste.
PREPARATION
Handmade harvest in boxes of 20kg. Destemming and cold maceration for 6 hours. Soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 20 days 16 degrees. Cold stabilization, clarification and filtered before bottling.
PAIRING
Its good acidity and aromatic complexity open a wide gastronomic spectrum. Perfect to join fish, rice, smoked meat and cold meat.
