Petites Estones Negre is a young aged red wine made of Grenache and Carignan. A complex wine which change once opened. You can enjoy the small-great moments.
TASTING NOTE
Red Wine middle layer, cherry color with scarlet hues. Good tear formation, clean and bright. The primary bouquets of fresh red fruit notes predominate on the nose. Strawberry, cherry and raspberry are mixed with a slightly spiced and roasted background with balsamic dabs such as eucalyptus and white pepper. In the mouth, it's soft, slightly fruity and fresh. Good acidity and the fresh fruit such as strawberry and raspberry stand out above the others. Complex and changing, as the wine opens up, the dabs of ripe plum and vanilla become more prominent. Long aftertaste.
PREPARATION
Handmade harvest in boxes of 20kg. After being selected, the wine has macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 16 days (the Grenache) and 22 days (The Carignan). Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 7 months in French and American oak barrels. Second and third year barrels. Cold stabilized and soft filtered before bottling.

Thanks to its freshness, it's perfect to join pâté, creamy chesse and stewed meats.
