Predicat is a red wine coupage of Grenache (45%), Carignan (45%) and Merlot (10%) from natural and sustainable vineyards located in the village of El Molar.
TASTING NOTE
Intense and bright red color. The nose is fruity and very aromatic. It is a calm, natural, fresh and elegant red wine. In the mouth it is very mineral and sweet tooth.
VINIFICATION
Maceration of 8 days, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 500 liters with indigenous yeasts.
AGING
Aged 9 months in French oak barrels.
