Prohom Conceptia Negre Eco

Prohom Conceptia Negre is a red wine from the Coma d'en Bonet winery, a varied blend of Garnacha (60%), Syrah (20%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), three varieties produced in the Terra Alta region, creating an interesting and complex wine.

TASTING NOTES
Cherry red color with purple tones. It presents an interesting aromatic complexity with ripe fruit, black plums, and light toasted notes. On the palate, it is fleshy and balanced, with sweet, persistent tannins and a good level of acidity, making it very pleasant.

PRODUCTION
A Garnacha base vinified separately in stainless steel tanks is combined with Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon that have been aged in French oak casks for three months.

PAIRING
This wine is ideal for red meats, grilled meats, and cheeses.
