Racó d'Atans Crianza is a red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah from old vines located in Cabacés.
TASTING NOTE
Dark garnet color. In the nose, very deep aromas with a mixture of spices (cinnamon and vanilla) and fruits (cherry, blackberry, strawberry) very well harmonized. An entry in melose mouth with a pleasant step, corpulent and balanced and with powerful but very mature tannins. Balance between wine and barrel.
AGING
Aged 12 months in French oak boots.
PAIRING
Ideal to enjoy with red meats, game meats, stews and any type of dish with the essence of the kitchen of a lifetime.
