Ratafia de l'Avi Guillem is a liquor of traditional craftsmanship that is made from the maceration of green walnuts of the Palau d'Anglesola and more than 20 different aromatic herbs, aged in oak barrels and following the purest methods of tradition decanter.
TASTING NOTE
Burnt sugar color, bright. They emphasize with force the green walnuts but wrapped by cinnamon with much subtlety. Nutmeg, thyme and lavender are far away. Sweet and elegant entrance, harmonious in the whole. Warm and persistent recurrence.
SUGGESTION
Take it alone or with ice, ideal for the dessert accompanied with nuts or sweet. It is also used for endless cooking recipes.
