Recaredo Brut de Brut is a totally dry Great Brut Nature Reserve. It is made from Xarel·lo (51%) and Macabeo (49%), grapes coming from the Estate Serral del Vell Recaredo, essentially calcareous territory. It is practiced a totally ecological agriculture, without herbicides or insecticides of chemical origin.
TASTING NOTE
Sobriety and elegance. Strength and fullness. The notes of candied fruits blend elegantly with the notes of more mature citrus.
ELABORATION
The winemaking, elaboration and aging are carried out entirely in the property of Recaredo.
The cava has a long aging. Foaming and bottling is done exclusively with a natural cork stopper. The cork is sustainable, recyclable and technically suitable to preserve the original sense of a long aging wine cellar.
The degüelle (expulsion of lees from the second fermentation in bottle) is done by hand without freezing the neck of the bottle; Professional craftsmanship and respect for the environment.
RECOMMENDATION
We recommend to taste it to 10ºC and to open the bottle a few minutes before serving with the purpose of that this cava of long aging is expressed with full fullness.
