Made exclusively with vineyards from "Alt Penedes" region. Mainly our own vineyards from the villages of Sant Sadurni, Torrelavit and Subirats. The blending is completed with high quality vineyards from seven professional viticultors with whom RECAREDO colaborates and works together throughout the whole year.
This cava reveals the diversity of calcareous soils and microclimates of the Alt Penedès region. Harvesting is carried out manually and all the vines are reared without the use of herbicides or insecticides, to respect local biodiversity and the environment.
A 3% of the base wines aged in oak barrel during 11 months.
The entire vinification and production process is carried out in our cellars. The second fermentation and in-bottle ageing are carried out using natural cork stoppers. Remuage is carried out manually in racks and disgorging by hand without freezing the neck of the bottle.
A declaration of the Recaredo philosophy. A luminous, fine cava. Its bouquet is dominated by balsamic and mature fruit tones, surrounded by a pleasantly welcoming feeling. Citric fruits are the order of the day in its lively and fresh, yet serious and structured taste.
