Reina Violant is a sparkling wine, coupage of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in equal parts.
TASTING NOTE
Light yellow color with old gold reflections. Subtle release of bubbles. Toasted, lactics, ripe tropical fruits and caramelized citrus notes. On the palace, great volume and freshness where the bouquets are confirmed.
FERMENTATION
It's made by the traditional champenoise method with second fermentation in the bottle. Reina Violant combines the elegance and volume of Pinot Noir with the citrus freshness and unctuousness of Chardonnay. Their 48 months in contact with lees provide a sparkling wine of subtle bubbles, intense creaminess and long aftertaste on the palate.
PAIRING
Perfect to join seafood dishes, white meats, baked fish, pork and ham.
