Salanques is a red wine coupage of Grenache (65%), Carignan (25%) and Syrah (10%) from old vines, in the case of Grenache and Carignan, and younger, syrah, located in estates licorella.
TASTING NOTE
Garnet color with ruby border. In nose we perceive very intense aromas of fruit and floral notes. Once in the mouth these notes of fruit and flowers give way to licorice and vanilla. Power nice, fresh and elegant.
ELABORATION
Selection of the grapes in the vineyard and at the entrance of the winery. Double manual selection table. Independent elaboration for the grapes of each plot. Fermentation with submerged hat system at controlled temperature.
AGING
Aged for 14 months in new and second-year French oak barrels with extra-fine grain. Bottling without clarifying or filtering.
