Sang de Corb is a red coupage of Grenache Fina (40%), Grenache Peluda (20%) and Carignan (40%) from the Dellà del Riu estate cultivated through organic farming.
TASTING NOTE
Picota color with granative border. The nose is medium intensity, elegant, delicate notes of red fruit, memories of violets, spices and light memories of aging. The palate has good entry, delicate, elegant, silky touch, good acidity, lightness unctuous, good structure, fruity and with a good length finish. Elegant wine in which the aging brings structure to the fruit and freshness of the wine.
VINIFICATION
The three varieties are mixed, as they were planted in the past, and that is how they are vinified. The vines are over 65 years old and are planted in the middle of almond, olive and apple trees. The wine matures one year in barrels, to give harmony. A wine made with a lot of feeling and that wants to make known the land and the history where it comes from.
AGING
Aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
