Sangue di Giuda (Sangre de Judas) is an Italian wine made with Croatina (60%), Barbera (25%) and another grape (15%).
TASTING NOTE
Ruby red color with shades ranging from violet to black. Rich and vinous aroma with wide senses of red fruit. Taste sweet but not cloying, pleasantly harmonious and well integrated tannin. Slightly frizzante.
AGING
Maturation between 6 and 12 months in horizontal bottles.
PAIRING
It accompanies well with dry pastry and fruit-based sweets, although it can also be consumed with sausages and gorgonzola.
