Selectio is a sparkling Brut coupage of Xarel·lo, Chardonnay, Parellada and Macabeo from the Parés Baltà, Els Pujols and Las Torres estates.
TASTING NOTE
Golden yellow color. Extraordinary bubble. Subtle aroma of ripe fruit with fat notes. The palate is elegant, broad and long. With toasted and almond tones. Long and complex aftertaste.
VINIFICATION
Fermentation at 16ºC in stainless tanks for 2 weeks. Second fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method.
AGING
Aging in bottle for 30 months.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany appetizers, light dishes, fish and salads, desserts.
