Set tota la vida - Estones de Mishima is a medium-vintage wine in which the fresh fruit predominates. On the palate is smooth and balanced.
TASTING NOTE
It's a medium-vintage Red Wine, clean and bright with good training teardrop of cherry color with scarlet hues. Predominance of primary aromas such as red fruits, strawberry, cherry and plum. It has a slightly balsamic base and subtle notes of aging, toasted, incense and vanilla. On the palate is soft, fresh and balanced. The fruit and aging notes blend subtly.
PAIRING
It's a very versatile wine. It's perfect to join with rabbit and pork meat, fatty fish and pasta.
