Singulars White Grenache is a single-varietal white wine, 100% White Grenache from the selection of strains of this variety from a vineyard of more than 70 years from the site of Fontanilles planted in slate lands.
TASTING NOTE
Bright golden color. Aroma complex with notes of ripe citrus skin, lemon, orange, Mediterranean undergrowth herbs. In the mouth it is delicate, soft, fresh, harmonious, elegant, subtle, mineral.
ELABORATION
The grape was carefully selected manually at the time of harvest to achieve an optimum and homogeneous degree of maturity. The grape mash with the skins of the grape for three hours at 10º temperature and then drained by gravity and fermented in a stainless steel tank at 17º temperature. Before its bottling it was filtered and stabilized at -3 ° of temperature.
