Singulars Red Grenache is a single wine 100% Red Grenache from the selection of the vineyards of this variety of a vineyard of more than 70 years of the estate of Fontanilles planted in slate lands.
TASTING NOTE
Bright golden color with light gray reflections. Aromas sweet to ripe fruit, quince, aniseed, fennel, followed by fresh aromas of citrus with slight notes of mint. In the mouth it is a wine very balanced in sweetness and acidity, wide, greedy and at the same time fresh.
ELABORATION
The grape was carefully selected manually at the time of harvest to achieve an optimum and homogeneous degree of maturity. The grape mash with the skins of the grape for three hours at 10º temperature and then a part is drained by gravity. 70% was fermented in a light oak French oak barrel, where it remained in contact with its lees for 5 months. Prior to bottling, it was filtered and stabilized at -3 ° C.
AGING
Aging for 5 months in French oak boots.
