Somni is an aged red wine made from Garnacha, Carignan and Syrah cultivated by organic viticulture.
TASTING NOTE
Color pillory. Clean and bright. Medium-high layer and powerful tear. The nose is intense, presence of black fruit. Very complex, notes of spice, mocha and licorice. mineral and roasted background. Smooth entry and light. It is complex, dense and full-bodied. Presence of plum and candied berries. Persitente.
ELABORATION
Fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 14 months.
