Suñer Blanc Acàcia is a monovarietal white wine, 100% Macabeo.
TASTING NOTE
Pale straw color, clean and bright. It gives off a subtle bouquet of white and tropical fruit, floral and citrus. In the mouth, its voluminous presence surprises with apple and pear flavors and aniseed nuances.
PREPARATION
Manual harvest and selection of the grape. The grape selected is the one that has the appropiate degree and an optimal health status. Pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature for 48h and subsuquent removal of the must without press. The fermentation takes place in two phases.It begins in a stainless steel tank and ends in an acacia wood barrel where it will rest for 6 months after ending the fermentation. The battonage applied durring the aging gives it good presence in the mouth and the acacia wood the unique sensations.

Perfect to join rissottos, pasta, baked fish and cured cheeses.
