Suñer Red Merlot

Suñer Red Merlot is a monovarietal red wine, 100% Organic Merlot.

TASTING NOTE
Cherry red color with blue tonalities. On the nose, we feel an intense bouquet of red fruits, black prunes and ripe figs. On the palate, we have acidity that is perfectly balanced with the ripe fruit sweetness. For this reason, it's so sweet. In good condition, it will positively evolve for at least 4 years. 

PREPARATION
It's made of organic grapes. Handmade harvest and selected in the plot. After two days of maceration at 15ºC, the fermentation starts with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 20Cº and 25ºC. The malolactic fermentation becomes sporadic. in May, a delicate filtration is made just before bottling.

It's perfect to join with semi-cured cheeses, pasta, stews...
