Suñer Rosé Merlot a monovarietal wine, 100% Organic Merlot with a production of 1000 bottles.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry color with violet hints of youth. On the nose, it reminds us of strawberry and sweet floral notes. It's a fresh and sweet wine. On the palate, it's persistent.
PREPARATION
It's made of organic grapes. Handmade harvest doing a selection of the best grapes in the country house. The delivery to the wine cellar is immediately, avoiding any type of oxidation and loss of bouquets. Controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks and using selected yeasts. Once the alcoholic fermentation is done, the wine rests in a reducing atmosphere. In December, a delicate filtration is made just before bottling.
PAIRING
Perfect to join with seafood, paella, salads, sushi or creamy cheeses.
