Tamiz de Teófilo Reyes

Tamiz Tinto Roble is an aged red wine monovarietal, 100% Tempranillo from the youngest vineyards of the winery. A  red wine that shows the identity and quality level of Teófilo Reyes

TASTING NOTE
Dark violet color bright and clean. In the nose we perceive aromas of fresh fruit with notes of liquor candy while in the mouth we find a very marked and long-end wine.

ELABORATION
Harvest made by hand with a controlled temperature fermentation. The must obtained from this process is macerated with the skin and is pressed in a slow process without stirring.

AGING
Aged for 6 months in American oak barrels.

PAIRING AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Ideal to serve at an optimum temperature between 14º and 16º, accompanying appetizers and meat dishes.
