Tempus is a Red Wine, Coupage of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Merlot.
TASTING NOTE
Intense color with purple tonalities. Raspberry, black plums, vanilla and cocoa bouquets with a spiced clove dub. In the mouth, it's a juicy and nice wine with a good level of acidity. Long and lasting end.
PREPARATION AND AGING
Manual grape harvest in boxes. Aging for 12 months in french oak barrels.
PAIRING
Perfect to join with meat and cured chesse.
