Thanisch Riesking Kabinett is a monovarietal white wine, 100% White Suavignon.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose aromas of exotic fruits, melon and pleasant aromas of green pepper while in the mouth we find a dry palate, well structured and pleasant generous.
ELABORATION
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18ºC.
AGING
5 months in the same stainless steel tanks and an additional period in the bottle.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany risottos, pasta dishes and seafood.
