Tossals Selection is a red wine coupage from Carignan (45%), Red Grenache (45%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) from 100% natural and sustainable vineyards located in El Molar.
TASTING NOTE
Intense and bright color. Red wine in a glass. The nose and mouth is natural, fruity, fresh and elegant.
VINIFICATION
Maceration of 8 days, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 10,000 liters with indigenous yeasts.
AGING
Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.
