Valdelapinta is a white wine fruit of the perfect balance between the most select grape production and a noble, light and stony soil such as the one of the DO Rueda.
ELABORATION:
Night harvest at temperatures> 15ºC, criomaceration to extract varietal aromas, in an inert atmosphere. Soft pneumatic pressing, with subsequent natural decantation of the must at low temperature Fermentation at low temperature with own yeasts, to reveal the varietal aromas of the verdejo without external modifications. Maturation on the own lees of the fermentation for at least 4 months, to obtain greater volume and personality of the wine.
TASTING NOTE:
Bright yellow with greenish flashes, from which emerge intense aromas of tropical and white fruit with nuances of fresh grass. In the mouth, it gives way to elegant sensations, balanced and resounding, with a well integrated acidity and a long aftertaste.
