Vall Major is a monovarietal red wine, 100% Grenache from selected vineyards of more than 25 years.
TASTING NOTE
Red cherry color with violet signs. Intense bouquet that reminds us of red fruits such as strawberry and wild berries with fine spiced nuances and liquorice dabs. Onb the palate, it's fleshy and tasty with good acidity and persistence.
ELABORATION
The grapes are destemmed, crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with native yeasts and minimum intervention.
PAIRING
Perfect to join with meats, stwes, cheeses, cold meats, salads and pasta.
