Dos Déus Estrelles is a vermouth made in the area of Tarragona. This vermouth combines classic culture with contemporary, traditional with modern, old recipes with new concepts since it is made with 80% vermouth reserve and 20% vermouth matured during 1 year in barrels following the system of soleras.
TASTING NOTE
Spectacular amber red color. It is a vermouth with little sugar and bitter notes. Delicate bouquet.
ELABORATION
During 2 months they macerate in alcohol a secret mixture of different herbs among which we find Cretan Dictatus, Artemis Pontica, Gentian ... After this time the herbs are pressed to obtain the natural liquid extract. This extract that is where it concentrates all the aroma and flavor is mixed with Tarragona white wine that gives it nerve and with mistela that brings sweet notes. Once made the mixture is stored in 650 liter barrels for ripening.
