Vermouth Fontalia Sweet White

Vermouth Fontalia Sweet White is a sweet white vermouth made with the best wines from the Priorat area.

TASTING NOTE
On the nose, we first smell honey and then spiced herbs with floral note of brandy and Jerez wine. In the mouth, it's a vermouth with a sweet entry and a hidden acidity until the end that surprises us with a soft bitterness and a mistela aftertaste.

ELABORATION
It's made with the best wines in the area. Wines of great body and alcohol content united with a botanical mix that make it unique and sweet at the same time. lMatured in selected barrels.

RECOMMENDATION
Perfect to drink very cold with a citrus that will help reducing the sweetness beginning. Perfect as an aperitif and ingredient in cocktails.
