Vermouth Padró & Co Dorado Amargo Suave is a traditional vermouth with a peculiar main characteristic because it doesn't have caramel, giving a golden color like the old homemade vermouths.
TASTING NOTE
On the nose, it has a blend of dry wild herb and undergrowth bouquets with a subtle mineral dab. On the palate, it's balsamic, refreshing and clean. Good balance between sweetness and bitterness.
PREPARATION
The base wine is a Macabeo with good structure. This wine allows it to age and it's also organoleptically neutral so that it doesn't interfere with the process of the chosen exceptionally bitter botanicals. It's aged for nine months in almost new chesnut wood barrels.
