Vermut Myrrha Rojo is a vermouth that is characterized by the contrast of its delicate sweetness with a peculiar bitter taste.
TASTING NOTE
Color of melted caramel with amber reflections. Aromatically, balsamic notes appear, aniseed, to high mountain herbs. When shaken, aromas of spices such as vanilla and cloves, acquired during aging in wood, are released. Background of caramel and passion fruits. The palate produces a warm and enveloping entry, giving way to a refreshing palate and elegant bitterness that is mixed with a sweet sensation very soft and velvety.
CONSUMPTION
To take it as an appetizer, we recommend serving it "on the rocks": two ice cubes and a small piece of orange peel are added to the empty glass first. Then, when the glass gets foggy when cooled, we serve the vermouth at natural temperature. We recommend serving in a wide-mouthed glass, an inverted triangle and not forgetting the chic touch of the olive. To avoid covering or masking aromas, it is preferable not to add lemon peel and not serve the cold vermouth from the fridge.
