Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label is a quality champagne with a sparkling personality and perfect fermentation credentials.
ASSEMBLY
It's made with grapes from 50 to 60 different vintages. It mixes a 30-45% of reserve wines with grapes of up to 50 to 60 from different vineyards. The Pinot Noir stands out, it provides that structure so typical of Veuve Clicquot while its Chardonnay gives the essential elegance and delicacy in a perfectly balanced wine. Finally, a Pinot Meunier dab is useful for round the mixture. The long aging in "Crayères" of a minimum of 3 years gives silkiness to the champagne.
TASTING NOTE
Golden yellow color with fine bubbles. On the nose, it's fruity with fruits, vanilla and toasted notes. Intense bouquets that are balanced with the freshness it gives off. It's complex but very silky.
