Viñas del Vero Crianza is a red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo from the vineyards Campo Salas, Almunieta, Campo Corral and Ponderosa.
TASTING NOTE
It has a cherry color with abundant layer and very clean edging. Its aromas are powerful, expressive, and reminiscent of plum, cherry, eucalyptus leaves, thyme, walnut and hazelnut. In short, a series of aromas of little similarity that coexist comfortably. Its passage through the mouth is very tasty, attractive, pleasant and harmonious.
AGING
Aging for 8 months in American oak barrels.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany red meats, small game, spicy stews, tasty fish and cheeses.
