Via Edetana Red is a wine coupage of Grenache, Syrah and a touch of Carignan.
TASTING NOTE
In the nose is a wine that combines the aromas of ripe red and licorous fruits with balsamic notes. Wide in the mouth and sweet. Long and persistent finish with sweet and round tannins.
AGING
Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels of 300 liters to harmonize the entire.
PAIRING
Ideal for carpaccio red meats, duck magret with raspberry sauce and meatballs with cuttlefish and peas.
