Via Terra White is a white wine coupage of White Grenahce (70%) and Viognier (30%) from old vines in land of "honeycomb" (dune fössil del quaternari) and low yield. This wine shows the best characteristics of the white Grenache, for its freshness, escape and zero makeup during the oenological process. It is a pure, fresh and silky wine.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color, clean and bright. Aromas of white and fresh fruits such as peach and apple, combined with floral notes and citrus touches. Fresh and silky, with a soft and persistent finish. In the mouth, fruit explosion and sweet step. Elegant and fine wine.
AGING
Aging for 4 months in a French oak barrel half and the other half is worked on its lees.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany seafood, grilled prawns, rice and parriladas of seafood.
