Viña Tondonia Reserva is a red wine coupage of Tempranillo (75%), Grenache (15%), Graciano and Carignan (10%), coming from its own vineyards.
TASTING NOTE
Bright ruby color with light tiling edges. Nose very fine, fresh, toast with light vanilla aromas. Very persistent The palate is a very dry, soft, round and developed wine.
AGING
Aged in barrel for 6 years, subjected to 2 racking per year. Clarified with fresh egg whites. Bottled without clarifying. It has a large storage capacity, approximately 10 years in perfect conditions of constant temperature and humidity.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany all kinds of meats.
