DYC is a Segovian whiskey that has defied the Scots. A blended whiskey of several grains aged separately for a minimum of three years in American oak barrels achieving a consistent body and a deep flavor. It has a slow ripening and double distillation.
TASTING NOTE
Pale straw color. In nose, glimpse of fruits, spices and toasted wood. On the palate, creamy, malted and spicy. It has a smoked and spicy finish.
