Vermouth Yzaguirre White Classic is an intense vermouth, with a pleasant and very particular aromatic structure elaborated with an exclusive formula of about 80 herbs and spices that give that touch so special that it recognizes and remembers our palate when tasting it again.
TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow color. Intense aroma of herbs and spices. Light balsamic touches that provide a nice and very particular structure. Fresh and smooth intensity in the mouth, very well balanced, with hints of vanilla and cinnamon.
RECOMMENDATION
As an appetizer or cocktail with 3 or 4 ice cubes and a slice of orange and mint leaf. Perfect to aromatize stews, paella with seafood or pastry.
