Yzaguirre Herbal Vintage Vermouth

Yzaguirre Herbal Vintage Vermouth is a vermouth from Celler Sort del Castell that delights in every way. It recovers the original formula from the late nineteenth century. Aged with the traditional "solera" system for five years.

TASTING NOTE
Dark and bright amber color. On the nose, it has a sweet and spicy bouquet focused on aromatic herbs and a citrus dab. In the mouth, it's harmonious with spiced and cinchona bark hints. A perfect alcoholic balance. The aftertaste affirms its high quality.

ADVICE
Perfect to relax. Its intensity provides a great flavor without the need of supplements, but it can be accompanied with orange and olives. Serve very cold.
