Zabù Grillo Terre Siciliane IGT is a single-varietal white wine, 100% Grillo, from the Sicilian area.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color, bright and luminous with golden highlights. Fresh and mineral aroma, with notes of yellow flowers, peach and citrus. In the mouth it is a fruity wine, with a quick and full flavor, with mineral notes and a refreshing finish.
ELABORATION
After a gentle pressing, the must ferments at low temperature to improve the aroma of the wine. Aging in stainless steel.
PAIRING
Great for appetizer. Ideal to accompany light dishes, fresh cheeses, fish and soups.
